At LUXE FEMME, we believe in complete transparency. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping rates, delivery timelines, and special handling procedures.

📦 SHIPPING RATES & THRESHOLDS

We calculate shipping rates at checkout based on your order total and destination country.

United States (Domestic)

  • Orders under $100.00: $10.99

  • Orders $100.00 and up: FREE

  • Heavy Orders (Over 10 lbs): $23.99

Canada

  • Orders under $150.00: $19.99

  • Orders $150.00 and up: FREE

  • Heavy Orders (Over 10 lbs): $30.00

International (Worldwide)

  • Orders under $350.00: $23.99

  • Orders $350.00 and up: FREE

  • Medium Orders (1–10 lbs): $30.00

  • Heavy Orders (Over 10 lbs): $45.00

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees determined by your local customs authority. The recipient is fully responsible for these additional charges.

🧴 SPECIAL HANDLING: FRAGRANCES & COLOGNES

To comply with international and domestic transportation safety regulations regarding flammable liquids, fragrance shipments must follow strict rules:

  • Mandatory Ground Shipping: Any order containing a fragrance or cologne will automatically ship via Standard Ground.

  • No Air/Expedited Shipping: Due to safety regulations, overnight or expedited air shipping is strictly unavailable for orders containing fragrances.

  • Delivery Timelines: Because these items travel exclusively by ground transport, they may take the full duration of the estimated delivery window to arrive.

⏱️ PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Order Processing

  • Standard orders take 1–3 business days to process.

  • During peak seasons, holidays, or major promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from transit shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Windows (After Processing)

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days (subject to local customs clearance)

🔄 MULTI-SUPPLIER FULFILLMENT

To guarantee maximum product availability and top-tier quality, LUXE FEMME partners with carefully selected global suppliers.

  • Your items may ship from different locations and arrive in multiple packages.

  • You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

  • No extra fees: You are charged a single shipping rate at checkout based on your total order value, regardless of how many packages are sent.

⚠️ RESTRICTIONS & ISSUES

Fragrance Restrictions

Due to postal safety regulations, certain fragrance products cannot be shipped to specific international destinations or remote locations. If a restriction applies to an item in your cart, you will be notified at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please reach out to our team at help@luxefemme.store within 30 days of your estimated delivery date so we can assist you.

↩️ RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless we made an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:

  • U.S. Returns: Typically $10.99

  • Canada Returns: Typically $19.99

  • International Returns: Typically $23.99 – $45.00

Fragrance Return Notice: Due to hazardous materials regulations, fragrances must be returned via a ground carrier certified to handle "Consumer Commodity" shipments. Please contact our customer support team for specific instructions before shipping any fragrance returns back to us.
